Classroom Environment in Public Schools: Towards a more Reflective Teaching

چکیده

The primary goal of this paper is to examine the classroom environment in Colombian public schools based on trainee teachers’ reflective views when undertaking practicum day-to-day experiences during final stage their professional studies. most important theoretical concepts are critical thinking, teaching, and management. method follows qualitative research approach, catching a deeper comprehension as complex setting where teaching-learning processes carried out according curriculum guidelines. Through diaries, observations, narratives, interviewsand meaningful strategies, teachers were able obtain more in-depth perception reach high level reflections dealing with common academic misconduct episodes which perturb healthy atmosphere inside classroom. results discussed relation frequent obstacles, reasons why they emerge implications school life. Beyond mechanical task planning, developing, evaluating class, challenge helping undisciplined students requires deep process reflection, effective solutions light current international theories andnational education policies concerning teacher preparation goals.
